Online deliveries have finally been started in India by some of the leading online stores like Flipkart and Amazon. Some smartphone launches were pushed due to extended lockdown and deliveries were halted due to the same reason. As Indian markets seem to be getting on track with certain precautions, a lot of devices have been set to hit the shelves in June 2020. So, without further delay, let’s get started –
At No.1 is none other than the most affordable smartphone from a biggie, OnePlus. Yes, it has been finally confirmed by OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau that OnePlus Z is coming. Proposed as OnePlus 8 Lite, OnePlus Z will launch somewhere around end of June to first week of July. Live images have been leaked showing the complete design. According to the sources, it will be launched in sub-25000 range and it will come with MediaTek Dimensity 1000L processor and triple rear camera setup.
Realme X3 SuperZoom
Launched in June, Realme X3 SuperZoom is expected along with Realme X3 in India in June. It will feature 6.6” fHD+ screen with refresh rate of 120Hz and punch-hole selfie camera. It will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset. Camera wise, it will have a periscope lens with 60x digital zoom coupled with 64MP GWI Samsung sensor.
On the front, it will feature an IMX616 32MP selfie snapper with secondary camera for depth sensing. It will have 32W Dart charging and 4200mAh battery.
Redmi Note 9
Leaked on WiFi Alliance, Redmi Note 9 hints to launch in India soon. It has already been launched on April 30 in China. It features IPS LCD 6.53” full HD+ screen with punch-hole selfie camera on the corner. On the rear, it features 48MP primary shooter, 8MP wide-angle lens, 2MP macro lens and 2MP depth sensor. It runs on latest Android 10 based on MIUI 11. Under the hood, it is powered by 5020mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
Poco F2 Pro
Poco F2 Pro has been launched in European markets officially and is coming soon in India. You may call it rebranded Redmi K30 Pro. Under the hood, it features AMOLED full HD+ 6.67” display with 60Hz of refresh rate. It comes with maximum 8GB RAM/256GB ROM and runs on the most powerful Snapdragon 865 SoC. For the base variant (6GB RAM/128GB ROM), the price starts at EUR 499 (Rs. 41,500 approx). Poco F2 Pro will have 64MP primary camera on quad rear setup and 20MP pop-up selfie camera. It will be powered by 4700mAh battery and 33W charging support.
iQOO Z1 5G
Officially released in China recently with MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ (first smartphone ever with this chipset), the flagship iQOO device may launch in June in India. This 5G smartphone has some of the top-class features like 5G connectivity, 144Hz refresh rate, 44W fast charging, and triple rear camera with 4K video recording. When it comes to pricing, iQOO Z1 5G ranges from CNY 2,198 (Rs. 23,430 approx) for base variant (6GB RAM/128GB ROM). On the other side, the top-end variant costs CNY 2,798 (Rs. 29,820 approx) for 8GB RAM/256GB ROM.
It is another smartphone in this list delayed due to extended lockdown. Finally, it is scheduled to come in June 2020. It is expected to compete with Realme C3, another budget smartphone. In terms of specs, it may come with bigger 5000mAh battery and run on Helio G70 chipset. It might come in sub-8000 range with some upgraded specs.
Oppo Reno 4
Oppo Reno 4 will feature full HD+ 6.43” display with 1080x2400p resolution at 409ppi. It will run on Snapdragon 765G on large 4000mAh battery. It may have dual punch-hole display inside. It could be 32MP main camera and 2MP depth sensing lens. The triple rear camera setup will have 48MP primary shooter, 2MP depth sensor and 8MP secondary sensor.
Samsung Galaxy M01 and M11
Samsung again enters the market with two mid-range smartphones – Galaxy M01 and M11. They are expected to hit the shelves under Rs. 15000-segment. The price of M01 might stay within Rs. 10,000 and M11 to be around Rs. 15000. Both devices have been listed on official Samsung India website which hints the launch in June. The Galaxy M01 will come with dual rear cameras, 4000mAh battery and Snapdragon 439 chipset.
On the other side, Galaxy M11 will have triple rear cameras including 13MP primary camera, 5000mAh battery, 15W fast charging and 6.4” HD+ punch hole screen.
Samsung Galaxy A31
Samsung Galaxy A31 features full HD+ 6.4” Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with 2400x1080p of screen resolution. It will have rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It will be powered by MediaTek Helio P65 chipset with Mali G52 GPU. It will have 48MP primary sensor, 20MP selfie camera with 15W fast charging and 5000mAh battery.
Oppo Find X2/Find X2 Pro
Both smartphones will ship with 6.7” sAMOLED panel having 120Hz of refresh rate and 800nits of maximum brightness. With 513ppi of pixel density, it will be HDR10 certified. The display has touch sampling rate of 240Hz. Both devices will come with 65W fast charging tech and Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor.
